The expected number of raids required to obtain one, assuming it is caught when first encountered, is 216, and Mewtwo was available to the public for approximately a month, so assuming they used the free passes, we have a rough estimate of ~185$ for a non-Shadow Ball 100%. One observation is that many people were willing to raid until they got a 100%.
